Any Indie Hackers on YouTube?
Hey all, I've been Indiehacking and making for years, and realised it's been since 2018 that was my last full-time job! Is anyone in the same boat?
I've found myself getting a bit bored when working on my own, so I decided to start YouTubing to mix things up and actually speak. I'm gonna do it like the oldschool Vlog type of thing, where I can just share my updates each day to a camera. Maybe one day some AI can improve the quality of my vids, because I can't be bothered adding thumbnails etc.
I'm starting out just scrappily using Loom, talking about the stuff I've worked on each day. Here's the first one, 'Building Letter':

I know I couldn't manage to do something with good quality consistently like your vid, so I'm just gonna use my rubbish little loom videos or phone camera.. maybe 1 every 2 days and see how it goes

I figured I could do all of the video production in 1 day and that would still leave me 4 days each week to dedicate to the startup.

I was thinking about starting a YouTube channel too. There are not much videos about this community and they are more focused on big startups, and less on indie makers.
But it's always hard to get started with making YouTube videos, especially filming myself.

yeah I didn’t really watch much youtube but usually only tutorials. I find it easier to make the vids than to write cos less thinking involved for me. Thanks for subbing, if you start drop me a message!
