Any indie hackers using CRMs?

In the process of setting up Zoho's Bigin CRM for an organization I'm working with, realizing that the pipeline management and email automation features would have been super helpful for acquiring and tracking users of my own side project app. CRMs are normally associated with much larger businesses with sales teams, but with Bigin, Close, and other SMB-targeting CRMs, it looks like there are plenty of useful and affordable (even free) options for solo projects or small teams. Do you guys use a CRM for your projects, or even side projects? If not, what alternative system do you use for tracking users, email automation, etc.?

hey, I've tried hubspot's free CMS and then automated some emails with our own tool (palabra.io) and it worked great. Would love to get some feedback from you :)

I'm just getting my business going and once I had more than a few opportunities, I needed to implement a CRM to track everything. I went with Streak and LOVE it.
