Any IndieHackers out there with multiple team members struggling to communicate and prioritize effectively?

Over the years I've never been really thrilled with my team's communication. Co-located, remote, doesn't matter. Always felt it could be better. So I built a VERY simple framework to help solve that problem, and it worked wonders for my teams. So I decided to build a product on the side that others could use. It's been a labor of love for years. I have some early users on it and I've gotten solid feedback on Capterra. I really need more people to try it to see if it's worth spending more time on.
