I just wanted to know if anyone had insights about how Masterclass found their first instructors. How does a public person say "yes" to filming content for a brand that has no viewers yet...? 🤔

Do you think : promising them to earn a lot when people start paying for the video ? Or giving them like 10k or 20k or whatever in advance ? 🤔 I know you're not part of the founders, but I just want ppl's point of view...
