Webflow should be around 40 USD.
For 20 USD you can setup a wordpress + elementor server on AWS lightsail. Most versatile. Close to no code but you need to setup a CDN, SSL and probably S3. Cheapest and most versatile, but takes the longest.

You can try using https://drapcode.com to build simple landing pages as well as complex web apps, business logic and a lot more using DrapCode.
You can map it to your custom domain and have form/integrations and several plugins to bring the dynamic behaviour to your app :)
I will opt for Carrd, with $19 a year you can put up 10 distinct landing pages.
