Any newsletter writers out there?
I am working on a new product to turn daily/weekly newsletters into short podcasts.
- Add me as a subscriber
- Send your newsletter to subscribers
- I take the email and turn it into a sound file using text-to-speech technology
- I upload and it is available on all podcast platforms
- You now have a podcast without any additional work
The value proposition for professional newsletter writers is to expand their audience and ultimately increase revenue.
Let me know if you'd be open to answering a few questions about your newsletters (# of subscribers, frequency, revenue per subscriber, etc.).

• 8200 subs
• 1 / week newsletter
• $2.5k month total site revenue. but not all comes from newsletter.
Tbh, I'm not sure I'd use your product. Just my personal opinion. If I was going to do a podcast I'd do it myself ... I wouldn't want a computer reading my newsletter. Maybe other newsletter owners feel different.
Are there any good podcasts out there that do interviews marketers / growth hackers to discuss their growth hacks? Podcast version of your site?
Well, hopefully my site before you know it. I don't actually know. Perhaps Everyone Hates Marketers but it's not that actionable. Stay tuned.

I have a newsletter. Not one which would be suitable for a podcast (it’s curated content rather than my own editorial). Previously had ones that are more editorial.
As the owner of newsletters I’d want to do my own thing as I think it would be weird for my brand. Outsourcing to a text to speech voice would be strange for listeners. I’d rather record my own and have someone handle step 4.
As a big listener of podcasts I couldn’t ever see myself listening to a computer generated voice reading out text. Just isn’t the same as listening to a human voice. Zero character, personality etc
