Any point in launching on PH or HN or similar?

My company is chugging along, and not really growing. I'm trying to put in some marketing hours to see if by chance I find a good rev stream lol. #notamarketer

My clients are now Allstate + State Farm or other captive agencies... is there any point in putting time into a launch on websites like that?
