Any product recommendations for customer-facing analytics for SaaS?
I've used Keen recently, but they ended up being really expensive. Does anyone have another analytics solution that allows me to use the data to have a customer-facing analytics dashboard?

Basically an affordable keen alternative for all saas developers for the beginning, later on anything you can think of based on your data. I am a data engineer with some data science skills as well, so there will be nice features related to that as well. First focus is ingesting and reporting on data to create time for you to focus on your product.

I use Keen as well. Their pricing has increased a lot but I've found that they are very willing to negotiate on that price for a longer commitment.
I currently pay $30/m for a year long commitment. Which, considering the value they provide, I think is well worth the price.
Oh geez. They said they put us in their "lowest tier," and we've been paying $150/mo. They then said we did $1k in overages...?
Yikes! Their lowest tier was $150/mo until a few months ago. Now it's $300/mo. I have pretty low usage though. Well below their lowest tier. Which is, I guess, why they gave me such a low price.
What's your usage like?
