I'd like to grow Trends Everywhere (https://trendseverywhere.com/) organically via PR.

I got some little traction from small tech news websites and I think if that if I'll invest a little bit more in that I could scale this up.

Any recommendation about tactics or good PR agencies that works on performance-based model?
