Any saas related newsletter to advertise my startup?

Does anybody have a saas related newsletter to advertise my startup, or know anybody?
I've a tiny private newsletter aimed towards founders in Latam.
It has 900-1K subscribers and around 30%-50% open rate. ( stats )

Dense Discovery is a nice newsletter that has a lot of exposure, and seems to be in the right target market your looking for. Ads go for $457 an email. Is that too much?

Looking for something similar. Currently, most newsletters around this place are optimized for info products and other newsletters.
