Any self-taught/bootcamp devs want to be interviewed for No CS Degree?
Howdy indie hackers! I run a blog where I interview developers without CS degrees. (I have an interview on here coming up soon 😀)
I have a mix of outcomes on the website - some are 9-5ers, others have started companies.

Hey Pete, seeing your post gave me an idea for your interviews.
I went to the General Assembly to do a marketing course, I know GA has a part-time and full-time dev course. Maybe you could search on Linkedin, people who have attended GA and these courses. Then find out what they are currently doing to see if they would be a good fit for your interviews.

Does an engineering degree disqualify me from this (involved a few CS classes)? I went to full stack development bootcamp and now currently work as a data engineer.

I learned to code in 2019 (you can follow some of my journey via my Tweets) after trying for months over the weekends and post work. And finally got the hang of it I would say 3-4 months ago. While I am not a google level coder, and no company in their right mind would hire me as an engineer, I feel I have now become confident enough to launch my own stuff.
I have been a product and business person my entire life, so it feel pretty empowering 😀
