Any solo founders here who are successful in their startup and want to keep being a solo-founder?

Many (investors) recommend having a co-founder and I am curious to hear experiences from solo founders here.
How have you managed to build a successful company (with healthy revenue etc) and still joggled between all the required tasks?
What struggles did you face?
And how big is your hiring team, is that enough for you to manage as a founder riding solo?
