Could use real advice and conversation about a new product just recently introduced to the market - if you understand digital inclusion and accessibility, we need to talk!
Have a proper contrast. Insert your background and foreground colors into a contrast tool to see where you stand. Aim for Level AAA. "WCAG Level AAA requires a contrast ratio of at least 7:1 for normal text and 4.5:1 for large text".
Use alt text for images. If the image/SVG only serves as a decoration, use either empty alt attribute or the aria-hidden attribute.
That is very cool advice! I am using a toolkit that helps with the contrast but all other advice noted. Check out the toolkit and share your thoughts if you have time: www.inclusive.ae :) Would love to hear feedback!
I'm not a guru of any kind, but if you want to build accessible websites:
aria-hidden
attribute. That should get you 90% there.
