Any thoughts on finding/hiring an ops lead?

Finally got to the point where I realized that at $700k+ run rate I should probably hire someone to help me build/scale the business. I've plenty of experience hiring technical candidates (as an ex-CTO) but much less so for a hungry, capable, couple of years+ work experience ops person. Info below.
