Any tool to register and manage a wait list of users for coming soon pages?

Hi,

I know I can use tools such as Producthunt's Ship, MailChimp, Typeform, and even Formito.com (which is my own tool) to accept email addresses, but is there any more pro tool? Something that comes with most of the following features:

• Accept name and email address
• Send email after subscription and mention their position in wait list
• Let them refer people and move them up in the line
• Send invitation email to top X people in the line
• Import/export email addresses
• Maybe some emails time to time to engage user while the product is under development

Any idea?
