Any US banks that don't charge Wire Transfer Fee?

I am tired of spending $40 per wire (Wells Fargo).
I came across Brex (another YC backed startup) that touts no Wire Transfer Fees.

Does anyone have experience with this bank?
Any other suggestions on saving money on wire transfers?
