Anybody ever gotten past Facebook blocking their domain name from ads?

I run an ecommerce saas tool, Selar.co, and many creators have store links under our domain name, e.g Selar.co/demo.

For almost a year now our domain name seems to have been blocked by Facebook, so most users can't create ads to their store links on our platform. Tried to submit various tickets via the support page, but that hasn't yielded any luck - no response, and it's affecting our numbers badly considering users can't make ads with their store links.

Anyone faced a similar issue ? How did you resolve it? Trying to contact someone that works at Facebook but I haven't been able to reach anyone there yet.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

PS: From the facebook share debugger tool, some urls aren't blocked and some others are blocked, and now we just want FB to tell us why it's happened and maybe how we can resolve it. 😞
