I looked at a few, and end up rolling my own. It wasn't terribly complicated, and allowed me to tailor things to my exact needs.
Was there something specific you where looking to find out?
Yes, I'm building a customer support desk for Envato Authors, just like Ticksy. So , my question is , Shall I go with single db for all tenants?
Depends on the application needs with regards to size of the database content and security.
I typically stick with a single database if at all possible as it really simplifies the operational side of running the website.
Having to create and manage lots of different database and switching the DB connection based on the tenant can be a real pain.
Also makes it more of a headache from an the admin side in terms of supporting users (yeah ironic given what you're building :))
