Anyone doing outbound sales and business development? Looking for product feedback
Hey IH, are any of you doing outbound sales/business development for your product or service?
Basically, my day job is in SaaS business development and one thing I hate is keeping our CRM up to date (Customer Relationship Mangement) - you know for things like contact details, company info, pipeline/opportunity management, activitity planning, etc.
In general working with a spreadsheet or CRM is a pain in the ass and an activity that no one enjoys, but no one can deny the benefits if you use one properly and consistently.
So, I've been learning how to code in my free time so that I could something which keeps a nice, simple, and clean sales workflow. It's almost at MVP stage so thought now would be a good time to ask for general feedback. If you've got 5 mins to spare, could you take a look and see what you think?
