Anyone else seeing AI search beat Google for traffic? Building RefrdAI and need real-world data.

I’m building RefrdAI, a tool that helps people get discovered in AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity. What I’m seeing across multiple sites is that AI search is starting to send real traffic, sometimes beating early Google rankings.

I’m trying to figure out how widespread this shift actually is.

If you run content sites, SaaS, local businesses, or affiliate projects, I’m curious what you’re seeing this year:

• Are AI answers mentioning your brand or ignoring you
• Any traffic coming from ChatGPT or Perplexity queries
• Do your Google wins carry over or do you get buried
• Are you doing anything to optimize for AI yet
• Any surprise losses or gains you didn’t expect

Not trying to sell anything. Just collecting real-world experiences so I can shape the product in a direction that actually solves problems.
