Anyone else seeing heaps of spam links on their posts?

Basically the title - I keep seeing this one person spam my posts with links. Their username is 'seolinks' so I don't think it's a a secret in what they are trying to do. I've tried reporting the account but nothing really changes.

It typically seems to be the one post that they spam (see below) so not sure what's special about that post? There's currently 12 links on it.
