Anyone else working on beautytech/fashiontech apps? What are your business models like?

Hello fellow Indie Hackers community,
any other fellow hackers building beautytech apps or ecommerce apps? I'd be curious to know what kind of business models you have!
I started building a visual search engine for lipcolours at https://lipcolourmatch.com and have been pondering possible business models that would work. Affiliate marketing is quite common in the beauty and ecommerce industry, but unfortunately those programs usually seem to be more targeted towards bloggers and influencers.

I'd be super happy to hear from other folks working on similar applications!
