The file-rejection problem sounds potentially expensive, especially when it happens late in the print process.
What kinds of issues were print services sending files back for often enough that you decided this was worth building around?
Basic things like bleed, DPI and CMYK issues.
Even as a graphic designer myself , I catch myself sending over a file with an image that isn't high res enough.
I can't imagine other people figuring all this out. So hopefully this tool helps them save some costs in that department.
That makes sense. It’s interesting that even someone familiar with design workflows can still catch these issues — I’m curious whether the non-designer users you’re targeting are already aware these mistakes are costing them, or if the problem usually becomes obvious only after a print rejection.
