Been down this road. The alert-only tools (Octolens-style) solve half the problem — they ping you when something matches, but then you're still opening the tab, reading the thread cold, and writing a reply from scratch under time pressure. FullStory, Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel etc. do these automatically and are an invaluable tool in understanding friction points.

I do do stack exchange sites, maybe I should advertise that more prominently. Nobody currently does LinkedIn. And Quora is very expensive.

f5bot.com handles Reddit and Hacker News. What I like most about it, it is quick. You get a notification minutes after the mention

You didn’t mention YouTube in the title, but if you want to monitor YouTube videos for those keywords as well, I’m currently building VideoMentions.com for that purpose.
For other social networks, you can Google “social media monitoring” or “social listening” to find a number of services that offer that.
This question is old but in 2024 I still cannot find any good Linkedin monitoring tool, so any suggestion is appreciated.
For Reddit I use KWatch.io by @arthurdelerue
