Anyone Have Any "First Paid Subscriber" Stories to Share?

I remember my first ever paid subscriber to ReadyPage.me - I was at my computer on a Sunday afternoon trying to design a flyer and behold and email from Stripe. "Stripe Never Emails Me!" I say to myself. Then I read the subject line and it said, "Payment from (---) for $9.00". At first I thought it was a joke or mistake but after about 20 minutes of fawning over the fact I may have a paying user, I realized it was real and I went nuts!!! - What's your story???
