Anyone heard of a successful Glassdoor for X? What do you think of this:

Glassdoor is probably the largest employer review site around. I believe that due to its size, it can't effectively cater to all industries and corporations. Glassdoor's scope is huge and there must be some niche areas where the one-size-fits-all reviews don't work as well.

I have one in mind that I'd like to explore and I was wondering if anyone else has done or heard of something similar. The Government of Canada has over 200 departments/agencies and the unique culture and inconsistencies that exist between each desperately need more transparency and accountability.

I'm looking for thoughts/feedback/input/partner and any advice on how to build the site as a non-coder. Let me know if you'd like to chat about the details. Cheers!
