Anyone here have multiple AirBnb rentals?

I'm looking to connect with community members that would be willing to let me conduct a user interview.
Specifically individuals who have 2+ AirBnB rentals and even better if they use a property management company.
I've been there with the tracking mess. One thing that helped before I found better systems: making sure my listing photos were consistent and professional so I could justify premium pricing and make the income tracking worth it.
