Anyone here having trouble crossing the gap between learning HTML & CSS and landing a job coding?

I'm doing some research in order to build out my new course on front end development and I'm looking for a few people who would love to land a full time coding job but are having trouble getting there.

If you've already taken some HTML, CSS and perhaps basic Javascript courses, but for one reason or another are still not working full time in the industry, I'd love to hear from you.
