Anyone here leveraging influencers for growth? [need advice]

With FB ads performance worsening, more and more brands are shifting towards Influencer marketing as a higher ROI channel to grow. If you are running an influencer program, you must've experienced all the problems that come with running one.

Finding influencers, their emails, following up with something personal, commenting on their posts to get attention, contracts, and performance tracking. It's all a bit too much once you scale beyond 10-20 influencers.

I managed successful influencer programs and noticed many things broken. There are ton of tools that help you find influencers, and some that help you generate links and track performance. There's nothing in the middle that helps you reach out, follow up, onboard, and actually build a relationship though. I decided to fix this.

I'm building Saral, a tool that'll help you operate like a pro and onboard more influencers to promote your products. Check it out!

I'm only looking for brutally honest feedback and advice in the replies. Would something like this be useful in your day to day workflow?

You are exaggerating the pain point.

I never look for an influencer, even I know they include their business mails in their bio or most convenient place available. Asking for a quote shouldn't be that hard since their only goal to make business over that mail.

Tracking it as easy as giving them a bit.ly link or utm code for analytics. If you are doing sales, a coupon code also works flawlessly.

There's nothing in the middle that helps you reach out, follow up, onboard, and actually build a relationship though. I decided to fix this.

Following up, building a relationship via a middle man doesn't sound logical either.

Site and pricing tells me that you have no connections, seems like a virtual assistant gig for one specific job that can be easier and cheaper to outsource from various sites.

On the other hand I'd really like to see some performance charts of influencers, anyone with 500 tight followers can out perform someone with 10k followers. They are actually harder to find and more valuable in cost/performance metric. That would be something I'd interested if I were to do influencer marketing.

    Hi Yash!
Nice idea. The landing page is quite confusing with much text and weird way to put pricing. Many people will close the site without reading they can get it for free (I think that lost you potential signups, so there are less than 10).
    My brutally honest feedback:

    1. You'll not scale it until you simplify your message.
    2. Much text, little clarity
    3. You aren't talking to your ideal user on your website. It's generic and that's why it doesn't resonate with anyone.
    4. Get 2-3 powerful testimonials how your product helped people scale sales through influencer marketing, everything will become much simpler

Happy to help you on 1-4, let's connect on Twitter.
