Anyone here with a +100K linkedin profile?

I am interested in growing my linkedin profile. I currently have +5K followers that i gathered by random posts from coding & business related stuff. I don't have a growth strategy or system when it comes to my social media presence especially linkedin. SO anyone here with a +100K account that give us some tips and strategies that we can adapt to reach our goals.
