Anyone in Sales want to create a passive recurring revenue stream?

Hey Indie Hackers,

My name is Sumit, and I'm building bootstrapped projects and businesses. The largest one is Parqet at 300k ARR right now.

For one of my projects, I'm looking for help in Sales, and I think it would create an excellent win-win situation where you can create a good, recurring passive income over time.

The Project

The project is Geoman, an open-source plugin for the leaflet.js mapping library. The plugin allows for geospatial editing. It's the most advanced plugin, and the only one actively maintained on the market - it is used by thousands of developers and businesses and is free.
A few years back, I created a Pro version of the plugin aimed at businesses and to refinance the OSS development efforts. Its license is sold anywhere from 500€/year to 12.000€/year.

The Market

Leaflet has 600k weekly downloads on npm alone. Customers are anywhere from governments to agriculture, autonomous driving, construction, drones, space flight, aeronautics, real estate... any project that uses location data heavily.

Current Conversion/Customers

Currently, every customer is inbound. I get 5 to 10 inbound emails per month from people interested in the Pro version. Today, companies like Microsoft, NASA, and others are using it as well as different governments worldwide. As I don't have the skills or time to drive proper sales, I answer every email that asks for pricing with exactly that: pricing. No discovery calls, nothing. Some reply, and a deal happens, but most never reply.
I know how bad this is - that's why I need Sales.
And I don't even do outbound.

The Commission

10% of the revenue - for the customer's lifetime.
If you sell the product for 5k€/year, you will get 500€. If you sell it for 20k€/year, you get 2000€ - every year. So it should compound well over time.
You can also sell custom feature development, for which you will get 10%, but it's not recurring revenue. On the upside, the payment could be a lot higher. We sold a 5k€ license with 20k€ custom development in the past.

You

I'm looking for people who want to start a side-hustle with their sales skills. Finding user segments, learning about them, making outbound sales, and handling inbound inquiries. You must create your own process, slides, and sales strategy. You will work very independently, remote, and on your own schedule. I did some sales training at Stripe, where I was a Solutions Architect, but I need Sales people with experience to drive this. I will join calls if you need a technical person to discuss details.
