Hi, I am new to this platform and see that your post is from 2 years ago. I am an outsider artist filmmaker (self trained), would also love to connect with other creators, especially beginners!
If it's relevant - I'm not a filmmaker but a composer, like working on indie film scoring sometimes and been looking for a decent platform/community since Vimeo forums got shut down.
