Anyone in the US looking to do B2B sales on a commission basis?

I run sales and customer relations at Flexiple (https://flexiple.com) and I am looking for US based B2B sales folks who can join me.

Our lead generation process is robust and we get ~20 leads on a monthly basis. The bottleneck I am facing is to call leads and brief them about Flexiple so as to book a meeting.
