Anyone interested in building this together?
How many times did you receive a voice message in WhatsApp and could not listen to it cause in a meeting or similar?
Wanted to build a small bot, where you can forward the message to him and he will answer transcript from the audio.
Maybe using the Google Cloud Speech - to - Text API (https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text/) or something similar.
Need a tech partner to build it, who's in?
The idea isn’t new. Tencent’s WeChat and QQ have built-in translators for voice messages.
Thanks, i was sure something was out there but couldn't find something for WhatsApp. Also trying to start only a side project at first!

how would you monetize and what happens if whatsapp released this feature built-in?
The really interesting is even if you make it for all kind of simular apps. (Messanger, QQ, Whatsup and etc.) Why would people pay for this? Yes it is great to have if you receive a lot of messages like this but I can't see a price range for this.
I'd be interested in this one.
