A few months ago I launched a newsletter highlighting the networked relationship between the two regions at the intersection of technology, society, and politics.
My key value add is: exclusively mandarin sources, at least 1 translated article (CN to EN), commentary from me, Plus events, fellowships, jobs, and other opportunities to get involved and connected with other folks in the space.

Interesting. I read write Chinese natively, so at first glance English language versions of stuff translated from Chinese isn't appealing enough for me to subscribe. Will circle back now and then to check. Good luck!

True, if you read mandarin then there's less obvious value add.
Although if you browse through a couple there's a fair bit of commentary drawing parallels to India, if you're interested in that dimension.
