Anyone interested in doing video call daily standups with us?

Hi everyone!

My partner and I are looking to keep ourselves accountable and feel actual external pressure to be up and working on our stuff in the mornings.

We have a flexible schedule and do some contracting work with a Canadian company, and we live in Spain, so due to the timezone difference we usually end up working until late and getting up late in the morning. We would like to reclaim our mornings for working on our own projects and make better use of the day.

We are thinking of forming a group of around 4 or 5 people to meet on a video call at 10 am Central European Time every weekday, to give each other updates about our projects, feedback, and advice. We are 2 software engineers, and I also have experience in most areas of building and selling products in startups, and we're happy to help with whatever we can.

Please reply with any feedback, and if you would like to participate, please tell us a bit about what you do and what you're working on.

Looking forward to it!

    Definitely in!
I'm working on a free platform to give more structure to youtube courses. No plan on making money out of it just to give some love to people. https://coursenip.com
I'm also a software engineer with infra, BE experience and would love to give advice on the topics you might need help with.

Hey Andy, this sounds pretty interesting.

I’d be happy to commit! I’m up for sharing my experience, would love to learn from others and the big bonus would obviously be the extra drive in keeping myself accountable while building my startup product https://invizitrack.com, checkout my profile for my email.

    Cheers
