Anyone involved in the YC summer school?

I had two meetings, the first one was good, the second one, at the same hourly range and day, were people completely different, most of them can't make the mic/camera work and moved to Zoom.

I don't really like having different companies each week, last year was a lot better having the same people every week, tracking progress, talking about deeper topics, I ended up making some friends.

I think I will stop attending next week as I don't like this new way of meeting with random companies each week, it felt like a waste of time.

Been great. Small groups have been wonderfully deep. Really nice people I've met and I've hopefully been helpful to them.
I've been doing one on one calls afterward to go deeper in ways we can help each other.

Group call was a little small (4 companies, 1 didn't show). Hopefully they can make the algo that decides group a little better.
