Anyone is work on a freelancer on Upwork or Freelancer pls. share tips and trick for getting hired

As I see it, it boils down to 3 things: persistence, portfolio, and reputation.

1. Persistence
   Back in the day it took me ~30 proposals to land my first gig. And that was $20 ;) I'm not saying this'll be the case for you but be persistent.

2. Portfolio
   It does not need to be perfect but it needs to be real and clearly showcase your skill. Do dummy projects, practice. At the end of the day, almost no one wants to be your first client. So you have to go the extra mile to convince them that you're capable.

3. Reputation
   Directly linked to 2). Have you worked on something that is similar to the described task outside of Upwork? How exactly would you go about this particular task? Is there a non-obvious way of solving their issue?

The most important skill on any of those platforms though is communication. You can start off by capitalizing your sentences, putting spaces between them, and not using abbreviations like pls. 🙂
