Anyone join forums where your target customers might be to ask for customer development interviews?
So, I'm looking at finding some landlords online to do some customer development interviews. Does joining some relevant online forums seem like a good idea? Anyone else have any success with that technique with your target customer base?
You should really become part of the community and contribute first.
We've done this it works very well. Just be conscious that the people who manage the forums can be competitors and might restrict your content.
