Anyone know a good(opensource?) client task management CMS

I have a side project that I'd like to fire up, but don't want to code up my own client task management CMS. I'm looking for something that would allow me functionality close to what 99Designs have.

In otherwords, clients should be able to sign up, add tasks/projects, and I should be able to manage said projects.

Any ideas or suggestions?
