Anyone looking to level up and start an agency this summer? I'd love to help!

Hi guys! I've been thinking about creating a group, probably on Telegram, for people who are successful freelancers but want to take their work to the next level and build an agency!

As I've been writing a book and talking to a lot of folks about their journeys, I've realized I understand the ins and outs of building a successful agency probably better than anything else, and that this is a real need for a lot of people. (My background: Based in SF, I started a media/tech agency at 26, grew it to six figures in revenue within 6 months, and have been running it for the past 3 years.)

There are a lot of incredibly talented freelancers (and aspiring freelancers currently working FT) who I've been talking to who want to take that leap but don't know where to start. So I'd like to create a small, intimate group where we stay in touch, learn from each other, and encourage each other. I'll guide the group with frequent prompts, asking about your goals and such, then share ideas for how to achieve them, or advice for the right steps to take. We'll share our struggles and successes and chat informally. And ultimately, I want everyone to have agencies set up by the end of the summer!

It's would be totally free to join, and I want to focus on working with underrepresented folks specifically.

Through this experience, I figure I can help people out and it will also be helpful for me as I write my book to gain a greater understanding of what people's needs and questions are.
