Anyone need a free Support Centre, Help Centre or App Documentation?

Basically my business idea is to sell support centres, work I have done professionally for a lot of well known brands. I've made the CMS from scratch, but I'm looking for a beta user to make their support centre so I can learn from the process and showcase the support centre on my landing page. I would write the articles, design the website (with your brand's font, colours, logo, screengrabs and video captures), I would also host the support centre and handover to you at the end. I would do all this for cost (which is only the domain cost).

Why would you need a support centre I hear you ask?
*Recent research shows users want to self serve with support centres
*It's actually a good for your sales as it looks like you have a professional software company
*You can add documentation on how to get set up, so you can stop setting up your users manually

Some terms of the beta program;
*Turnaround may take up to 2 weeks
*One 30 mins phone call to go through your software and what type of documentation you would like.

I'm still in the process of finalising the front end dev, but would love to finalise the project with someone's real life support centre content. Here is the CMS about 80% complete with dummy content http://help-handheld.com/
