How can I monetize my app?

    app.smartbids <"dot"> ai

What's the concern directly selling a subscription?

For a relevantly accurate model, a person looking out for properties should be able to consider paying a small subscription fee!

Looking to develop the MVP for our app (www)culinarian(dot)co in Native React. Would love to exchange design services or work something out!

      Hi Pichard.

Tried to run the vercel page on an old centos6/ff system but it didn't load. I'll have to test it on a newer bo to see if it fires up.

HELLO @tsmith. For FuryPage to work , you need to have the WebGL API available with the browser: https://caniuse.com/?search=webgl.
Do you have a specific use case that requires the use of an older Linux operating system?

        1. 1

          Hi Pichard!

I run most of "new" sites on the older box... on browsers that I can simply reinstall.. But I don't run a lot of stuff off of sites I'm not familiar with.

But yeah, older browsers on older OS wouldn't have certain functionality as part of their stack.

But, if you're building "web" stuff, that uses certain "stuff" in order to run, you might have a check for all of that "stuff" prior to loading the "app", that way you can inform the user that this "stuff" is required in order to run correctly!

You are totally right. As a matter of fact my techno copy classic HTML/CSS in the 3D engine, so I could just show the HTML if WebGL is not available!
            Added to my todolist ;)
            Thanks

Hi @tsmith, actually I already did the changes to manage browser with no support of WebGL and this is in production. It only works with published website though, thus to use the app you still need WebGL.
How is it going on your side? Great weekend? ;)

Thank you so much for the offer! I would love some feedback on my landing page:
    https://getkato.com

It’s a WIP (still looking to add more visuals) but mostly want to make sure that the value proposition is clear from the copy :)

      Hi Shelby!!!

Thanks for replying to the post! More eyeballs on something are sometimes a good thing.

Took a look at the WIP app!

As far as I can tell, it's a "basic" task management app?

Is this where you pretty much want it to go/stay? Is this meant to be a test, as you build your skills?

I don't want to assume thing about your site/direction. If you could give me/us more data on what your current/medium/longer goals are, might be good to craft some reasonable feedback.

      Is this done from scratch?
Is this built from a no-code/notion kind of template?
Is your goal to be able to "sell" the final creation?
Will this be for single/multiple users?
Would this be potentially for small teams?
If this is for multiple users, would it be for sharing data as well?

Don't mean to say anything that might be "stupid/offensive, or obvious!!"

If you want more replies, feel free to give me more data!!

      thanks..

      looking good so far!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful reply! I really appreciate you taking the time to give it a look.

Your response is telling me I do need to be more clear about my value proposition. Kato is a task management app, but its focus is more about allowing users to execute tasks quickly with AI, automation, and in-app task completion. I think visuals will help, but I'll definitely give my copy some additional thought as well.

        To answer your other questions:

        1. I'm building the app as a B2C product with no immediate plans to support a professional or enterprise tier.
        2. Kato will be offered for a monthly subscription fee.
        3. This is basically where I want to stay as far as the main focus of the app goes. However, I do have future plans in the roadmap that take it into more of a personal assistant direction. I also plan to expand to other third-party integrations as well.
        4. The app was built from scratch with no no- or low-code tools.

Thanks again for all your help!

Working on my IOS fitness app https://fitworkoutroutine.com. Would be interested in getting some feedback if you are able to test it out

      Hi.

Thanks for the reply to my post!

I don't have IOS, but do have some questions/thoughts. Feel free to use them, or toss them! I've got a thick skin!!

      You app, is it free?
Will there be a "paid version"
Will you try to monetize it?
Are there other apps that are close? Do you care?
What's the goal of the app? For you as the dev/owner? For the user who downloads it?

I've got some ideas? But, I don't want to step on your app/toes!!

Have you considered gaming? partnering with other apps?

are you going to have an android/webapp?

can data with app be shared between users?

can you do me a favor, and post the "features", user actions!

      hit me up!!

      hoping these comments help!

I'm working on a plan to start a funded venture studio. If you know a thing or two about community building and product market fit bootstrapping I'd love to have a call/chat.

This sounds like a great offer! We're currently looking for some beta testers on datingkit.io for a new feature.

Our product is a fully managed dating site solution and we'd like to find some users to test out owning one of our sites with the new account area we've created. Our previous clients were all onboarded manually before we even had an account area and getting a fresh perspective of the account and the site offering would be great.

Our ideal tester would be someone who wants to own, run and make money with a dating site, or someone with past dating site experience. We would be willing to loan a free site to anyone for 12 months in exchange for working closely together during this time to improve our service.

I know it's a pretty niche area, but happy to chat if you (or anyone else reading this) feels like it would be a good fit.
