Anyone registered their business in USA/UK as a non-resident?

My country has severe limitations to operate a SaaS business that targets the global market. No available payment processor, no PayPal, restrictions if you want to hire employees from overseas. Also, a US based business is more trustworthy to customers.

I see that some countries offer LLC and C Corp registration for non-resident founders. What country do you think would be the best choice to get a b2b SaaS business registered?

In USA, it seems Wyoming and Delaware are the go-to states for this case.

I'm looking into https://firstbase.io/ and https://www.northwestregisteredagent.com/ as a service provider to get everything set up.

Anyone went through the same process? Please share what country/state did you choose.

Yes, I have incorporated in Wyoming (single-member LLC) via firstbase.io, a great experience and the ease of running the business is great. I wanted 3.5 months for the EIN number, though, due to covid.

I'm curious about this too and have done little research.. Try Stripe Atlas and StartGlobal.
