Anyone remember the site where you could find companies to work for based on the culture there.

I vaguely remember seeing a post here about a job board where you could look up the culture of the organization to see if it matched what you were looking for. I think the founder was interviewed, but I could not find the site in the interviews section. So I thought I would ask here if anyone remembered the site.
