Anyone struggling with failure?

Over the last few months I've been reflecting on how I failed as a first time founder. It was really difficult to process but have begun to see it as part of the process.

Cudos to you for being able to write about this. My first start-up had a lot of PR, was crowd funded with all friends and family on board and some big time angels - and we fucked it. That happened 6 years ago. Since then I launched another SaaS business, angel funded again and guess what? I fucked it again.
Fastforward a few years, I have a successful services business under my belt that pays me a lovely salary plus dividends each month - now I'm starting a Micro SaaS on the side and praying I've learnt a lot more haha.
What I'm trying to say, is keep going. It will get better, and you will get there.
Time heals all.

That sounds like a lot to go through and you're still at it, that's awesome. Hope your new micro saas goes well. I would be interested in learning more about what you have learned and what you're taking into this new one.
I have just started a services business doing product strategy and growth for technology co;s. Completely different ball game. Is it just you in the services co or were you able to hire for other skills, interested in how other people scaled this model!
