Anyone think this ideas worth pursuing?

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to make a reference website and eventually an app. The site would be similar to Google and Wikipedia but be more futuristic looking. The site will source information from different aspects of the internet and rank prolific people based on their stats in specified fields ie. music, film, politics, sports. I feel like this website would be cohesive and a great way for people to have access to important information about the people that impact our society and culture the most. It would rank and highlight people based off of who's trending/their success. Sound enticing or interesting to anyone?
