Anyone use an API as a Service?

I've been looking for a SaaS or npm package for seamlessly adding API support to my project. Is there an existing solution that manages things like rate limits, concurrent request limits, soft/hard usage limits, API keys, etc? I would love to use a pre-made service vs. building one myself. I know that RapidAPI offers a similar service but you are stuck using their platform. Any suggestions?
