Do you have any experience with their support crew?
I'm not impressed with their support at this point. But their inbound email-to-httpPost is exactly what I need. Just seem to be having deliverability issues - except with emails from Microsoft 365 mailboxes, oddly enough.
I've been using mailgun for years and never had any deliverability issues with them but I haven't had a need to contact support so I can't speak to the speed of their response times.
I also use SendGrid for one of my projects since it costs less for a higher volume but I do I have problems with deliverability and mails getting rejected because their ips end up on spam lists. SendGrid does also have email to http post as well if you need another option.
Ok thanks. Amazingly, after I posted on Twitter about it, someone asked what the ticket number was and I got a response.
Seems to be some weird issue where if the inbound email has an attachment, things work fine. If there isn't an attachment, my API doesn't receive a req.body.
Hopefully they respond to my findings before too long.
When it does work, the delivery is fast!
