Anyone who built a paid membership platform like nomadlist?

Hi,

I am now having a real estate platform which allows brokers to publish their profile and one property for free.

To upload at Leas 2, they have to start paying.

The conversion rate on this one is really bad though.

Now, I’m considering to go to a 5€ a month membership model.

Does anyone have any experience in creating a membership fee for their platform?

Would love to connect and or get some ideas and input.
